DoveCote Brasserie

DoveCote Brasserie is a 5,840 SF restaurant located on the first floor of the Downtown Orlando Bank of America building. The type of construction involved in this project was demolition, metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. The duration was four months and was 100% self-performed.

Wyndham Executive Suites

Wyndham Executive Suites involved a 4,931 SF office renovation and a 1,221 SF lobby renovation for Wyndham Vacation Ownership located in Orlando. The scope of work included demolition, interior metal framing, engineered heavy gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, and finishing. The duration of the project was five months.

Zaza Cuban Cafe

Zaza Cuban Cafe is a 2,480 SF restaurant remodel located at the Orlando International Airport Airside 3 Passenger HUB. The scope of work included demolition, interior metal framing, insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finishing, fiber reinforced plastic panels, and kitchen acoustical ceilings. The duration was four months and was 100% self-performed.

FBC Mortgage

FBC Mortgage is a 6180 SF tenant space fit out in the historic Downtown Orlando Chicone Building. The type of construction involved in this project was demolition, metal framing and drywall, and it took three month to complete our scope of work.

Goodwill

Goodwill South Orlando Retail and E-Commerce Center was a 103,327 SF alteration of an existing office/warehouse building in 2018. The tenant fit out included new offices, staff areas, warehouse, and a mercantile space.

Habitat for Humanity

Towers Construction was part of the Habitat for Humanity Builders Blitz of 2018. This charity event involved bringing professional builders from Greater Orlando to build safe and affordable housing for families in need of a home.
